FAQ I get asked the most:

Shipping

Domestic: (within South Africa)
Your order is shipped via Postnet (you collect at your nearest Postnet, we will contact you when order is received to confirm your preferred Postnet branch) or courier (door-to-door).

International:
We are currently only shipping to the USA with USPS. Rate for prints starts at R270 and can go up depending on your size / total weight of order.

Please inquire on large originals for separate quote, originals get shipped by FedEx / DHL courier company. Starting rate roughly starts from R2500 - originals are rolled and tubed to save on shipping.

Please note: All import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.  International packages are a bit outside of my control. Boarder fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries. Tracking is also quite unreliable with international shipments.  If you have any questions about the cost of shipping before purchasing, please contact me.

Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.

How is my order being shipped

Originals:

For originals: depending on the medium used, some artworks might take up to 5-7 weeks to dry. I will not ship, wrap or pack an artwork that I know is 100% ready.

All original artworks are wrapped in paper, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy "REBUL' cardboard box - that is practically indestructible. There is no extra cost for a REBUL box when purchased an original.

Most artwork will ship with Courier Guy couriers or Postnet for Domestic orders and for USA international orders FedEx / DHL for original purchases (and USPS for print orders). Most packages arrive within 2-4 days (domestic) from time of shipping. International buyers, depending on an original or print purchase, time of arrival will vary - from 5 days to 4 weeks. Please email me with questions or to get an estimate.

Currently all my originals are painted on a fully stretched canvas, we will use a courier company to handle the delivery with care.

Prints:

All prints are handled with the utmost care; packaged beautifully in paper or plastic sleeve and rolled in a tube.

Prints and quality

All reproductions of my artworks are Giclee reproductions and are created using a huge, very fancy printer that uses a wide range of inks applied so finely you cannot see the dpi a bit and are very long-lasting. Canvas prints are printed on flat archival canvas and can be matted, dry-mounted, or stretched over wooden stretcher bars.

The prints are frequently mistaken for originals, they are that good!

My canvas prints are cut by hand as to avoid damage from a cutter blade or clamps.

All Jozelle McLea reproductions are printed to order by Artisan Ink, an in-house local printer under my roof!

Your print order will take 2-3 days to get printed, cut, packaged and shipped to you.

Can your canvas prints be stretched?

You can order an extra white border with your print HERE.

I don't offer this as a standard with my prints, you will have to add this option in. It does cost a bit extra and dont want to over charge customers that don't need this option.

Do you offer framing?

YES I do offer Box Framing for your print to be stretched and box framed. This will make it looks like the real painting!

You can get more info HERE on that all is included in your order.

When you order your prints, go to 'Extras' and select the same frame size as your print, if its more than one that you want to frame select the quantities of each size.

View my framing tutorial HERE.

Print Sizes

The sizes listed is the largest size I am able to create. The image quality and the delicacy of the details are very important to me and add to the value of my work.

If you are interested in filling a super large area of your wall with my artwork (which will be awesome!!) I recommend putting together a collection of 3-4 pieces.

I also offer sets/bundels of prints that you can look at HERE.
